One of our Senior Construction
Consultants will visit you at your convenience
(including evenings and weekends) to discuss
your requirements and visions for your home.
Whether it is a Loft Conversion or a Home
Extension, we will undertake a detailed survey
and advice you on the best step forward. The
survey will consist of taking various
measurements and viewing the locale to gauge an
understanding of what is possible within local
planning restrictions.
We will then analyse the
information collated from the visit and will
then aim to reply back to you within 7 days with
a detailed proposal for your project via post or
email.
You are then welcome to study our
proposal and contact us anytime with your
questions. You can decide the extent of work you
require, this could be a complete fully fitted
and furnished project; or a partial project
whereby you can decorate it at your own
convenience.
Once you are totally satisfied
with your proposal, then you can proceed with
booking-in your project. We usually require a 5%
deposit to book in your job and start work
within 3-4 weeks. After that we require staged
payments as we reach certain stages of your
project, with the final stage payment being paid
upon completion.
